Mar 21, 2025

“I’m okay being number one until I can put myself in a position where I become number two again. The hardest part as a young entrepreneur is trusting that someone will be as hungry as you are.” – Schuyler Williamson, USMA ‘05

Schuyler Williamson is an accomplished leader with a background in business, real estate, and mentorship. A West Point graduate and former college baseball player, he brings a competitive mindset and strategic approach to every endeavor. As the founder of Williamson Group Real Estate, he has built a thriving business as a real estate professional, investor, and entrepreneur.

As the author of The Steady Leader, Schuyler shares his expertise in leadership and personal development. Passionate about mentorship, he volunteers with SCORE Mentors to guide entrepreneurs and supports individuals with cognitive disabilities at Marbridge. He also speaks on leadership, business strategy, and resilience, helping others navigate challenges with confidence. Today, Schuyler is focused on expanding his business, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and continuing to make an impact.
