Patrick Deane is a former Marine Corps Officer and accomplished business leader with a knack for driving organizational success. As Director of Operations at KIS Solutions, he brings a wealth of experience from roles like Vice President of Customer Success at High Level Marketing, where he managed over 1,200 clients and $23M in ARR. He showcased his entrepreneurial side as the founder of Line of Departure Fitness, crafting a unique, holistic approach to fitness coaching. At UKG, Patrick led a 12-person team through a major workforce management software implementation during a high-profile merger. Known for his strategic planning and team-building skills, Patrick’s career is rooted in a dedication to process improvement and empowering others to excel.
